No Smoking

Sorry but there is no smoking and no vaping inside our home, the caboose, or the station house. There is a patio in the back of the house (with a nice swing and a fabulous mountain view) where you can smoke; please dispose of butts safely in the receptacle provided to keep our property clean and to avoid forest fire risk.

No pets

Although we love animals, we have experience with pets being destructive and so no pets are allowed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Must be at least 25 years old to book, and someone over age 25 must be on the property any time younger people are there. We have provided many amenities specifically with children in mind, but adult supervision is necessary for safety in the caboose as well as the house. In addition, this is our beloved family vacation home so we are intent on avoiding the damage that can result from partying.

100% refund for cancellation more than 14 days before scheduled arrival, 50% for cancellation more than 7 days before. No refund given for cancellation within 7 days of scheduled arrival.
